A Web Development Company That Gets You Found
PixelBot Ltd is a web development company building websites, online stores and custom software for service businesses across the US and UK. When someone pulls out their phone and asks Google, your business should be the one that shows up — and the site they land on should turn that visit into a booked job.

A web development company built to still be here.
Trading since 2021.
From busy medical clinics and accounting firms to local builders, roofers and supply shops, we know what works for local trades. Different businesses, but exactly the same straightforward approach from the same web development company. You get a single, experienced team handling your project from start to finish, and a fixed price with zero hidden surprises before we even begin. Best of all, we don’t hand you a complicated computer puzzle. We give you a system your front desk or sales team can actually use every day without calling an IT guy. If getting found locally is the whole problem, start with local SEO in the United States or local SEO in the UK.

What we build
What a web development company
should actually hand you.
Most owners arrive with one headache: their website isn’t bringing in local jobs, or messy admin tasks waste hours. We fix that first to get your phone ringing. Later, you will not need another web development company. We already know your trade and how to capture more local searches.
Most local business websites are just digital brochures nobody finds. A web development company should build sites that bring in real jobs. When customers search for your services online, your website will show up, answer their questions instantly, and make them call you immediately. It is built simply enough that your own staff can update prices or photos anytime without paying for extra tech support.
Stop playing phone tag to schedule appointments or emailing the same paperwork to every new client. As a web development company we also build simple, automated systems that fit exactly how your local business runs. Imagine waking up to a full calendar, or giving clients a secure login to check their own files and invoices so they stop interrupting your workday with phone calls.
AI Development & Integration
Get half your workweek back. We set up smart tools to handle the frustrating admin: answering repetitive customer questions, drafting quotes, chasing cold leads and filtering out time wasters. It learns how your specific business works, and you keep complete control, approving everything before a customer ever sees it. Not every web development company will build this with you. We will.
CRM Development
Stop losing local jobs because somebody forgot to call back. Most businesses do not lose to competitors, they lose by not following up. We build simple customer tracking systems your staff will actually use, and as your web development company we connect your website enquiries directly to your billing, so nobody types the same details twice.
Put your local business right on their phone screen. Whether you need a simple way for regular customers to order and book, or a dispatch tool for a field crew who never sit at a desk, this is the part of a web development company’s work people notice most. It works on all smartphones, and you own it completely from day one.
Social Media Management
Keep your business active online without checking your phone all day. We design posts, reply to local customer comments and write the words that make people find you. Your web development company and your social media are then the same team, so every update drives traffic back to the site.
Who we build for
We have already built
for a business like yours.
Knowing your daily struggles is why our approach works when others fail. We have worked with your specific trade before, so you never pay a web development company to learn how your business makes money. We already know what gets your phone ringing.
HVAC & Plumbing
Automated quotes and dispatch scheduling that keep your crews on the tools, not the phone.
Roofing & Construction
Lead capture and project tracking built specifically to help local contractors secure more bids.
Medical & Dental Clinics
Easy online booking setups so your front desk stops playing phone tag with patients.
Property & Real Estate
Instant lead capture and automated follow-ups so your agents never miss a hot buyer.
Lawyers & Legal Services
Secure client portals and document handling that get you out of your email inbox.
Accountants & CPAs
Smart inquiry forms that filter out tire-kickers so you only talk to serious clients.
WHY LOCAL BUSINESSES SWITCH
We work like your own staff. We charge like a single job.
Most owners come to us because they got burned by their last web development company. Here are the four things that were missing, and what we do differently.
01
You get the experts, not the interns
The person you discuss your business with is the person doing the actual work. In most a web development company sells you with a smooth salesperson and hands you to a junior who practises on your dime. Not here.
02
One flat price, zero surprises
We agree the exact cost before we start. No running hourly meter, no hidden fees and no awkward invoice disputes. Unless you ask for something new, the price a web development company quoted you never moves.
03
Real people pick up the phone
When you reach out, you deal with a real person who knows your business, replying the same working day. No robotic chatbots, no generic support tickets, and none of the passing around a bigger web development company would give you.
04
Everything under one roof
Your website, customer forms and Google visibility are handled by the same group. Nobody points fingers or blames another web development company when something needs fixing. The buck stops with us.
A web development company
kept small on purpose.
PixelBot was built on a single standard: bringing serious software engineering to the local trades that run the real world. We saw a broken model. Local owners were paying premium agency rates only to be handed to inexperienced juniors. So we built a web development company that stays deliberately small. The senior person who scopes your project is the person who builds it. No ticket queues, no middlemen, no excuses — just work that holds up after launch.
You meet the people building it
The senior person who scopes your project is the person who builds it.
One price, agreed before we start
Websites up to ten pages from $350. Custom work quoted as a single number.
Everything in your name from day one
You own the platform, the website and the customer data completely.
A same-day reply, every time
Because we strictly limit how many clients we take on.
Not written by us.
Reviews left by clients on website and store builds, social management, and the custom work that followed. Every one of them is verified on our Clutch profile rather than written by us.
We had been through two software development agencies before this. The difference was that PixelBot showed us the architecture first — and then held to the number they quoted.
PixelBot was extremely professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure you are delighted with the result — and they hit every date they committed to.
Their engineering team joined our standups like they worked for us. Six months in, our in-house developers ask them for code reviews.
How we work
A way of working
you can hold us to.
Four clear steps, with something finished at the end of each one. A web development company should give you a price and a date in writing before anything gets built. You always know what happens next and what it costs.
01
We figure out what you actually need
Before we build anything we work out the goal: more enquiries, fewer phone calls, or less time lost to paperwork. You get a plan, a fixed price and a timeline in writing. If you do not actually need what you asked for, we tell you then — which is not what a web development company paid by the hour would do.
02
You see it early, not at the very end
By the second week you get a real, working link to click, not a picture. We show progress every week, you say what to change, and your staff learn the system while a web development company is still building it.
03
We try to break it before your customers can
We test on real phones, real tablets and with real test payments. We check it still loads fast on a weak 4G signal and is easy for anyone to use. Nothing goes live just because the calendar says so.
04
We launch it, then we stick around
We move everything across, make sure your Google ranking does not drop, and hand you a plain-English guide to your own site. After launch you keep the same person who built it — not a support queue at a web development company you never met.
How we choose
Boring technology,
chosen on purpose.
A web development company should pick tools that will still be here in ten years, that any decent developer can pick up, and that will not suddenly cost you triple. That is why so much of what we build sits on WordPress — not because it is exciting, but because you can find someone to work on it anywhere in the world, and you are never stuck with us. We also build to Google’s published Core Web Vitals thresholds rather than to a speed-test score, because those are the numbers that affect what people actually see.

Work we have shipped
Live builds, not concepts. Each case study sets out the brief, what we built, and what the client runs today.
A recruitment website that runs the hiring
Recruitz Solution were taking CVs over WhatsApp. We replaced that with a live job board: they post a vacancy once, it appears across the site on its own, and applications arrive with the CV attached.

Your Google listing is trusted more than your website. Most businesses never check it
66% of people trust Google Search for local business info. Only 36% trust the business own website. Here are the five things usually wrong with your listing.
AI for local business: what actually works, and what is just noise
Fewer than one in five of the smallest US businesses use AI at all. Here are the three things worth doing, the four to avoid, and where to start.
Do You Own Your Website? 12 Checks to Run Today
Paying for a website does not, by itself, transfer ownership of it. A twelve-point audit of your domain, code, hosting, store, app and accounts — with the ICANN and copyright rules that back you up.
Questions we get every week
The things you actually
want to ask.
Answered here so you do not have to book a call to get them. These are the questions people ask a web development company before they commit. If yours is not covered, ask us and you will get a written answer inside one business day.
Honestly, it depends on four things: how many pages you need, whether people are booking or buying through it, how many other systems it has to talk to, and whether we are writing the words or you are. What we will not do is quote you an hourly rate and let it run. You get one price for the whole job, in writing, before anybody starts — and that is the price you pay. It only moves if you ask for something extra, and you approve that in writing too. Send us what you are trying to fix and you will have a real number back the same working day.
You get a launch date in writing at the very start, next to the price — before the job begins, not after it has already slipped. A straightforward site is quicker than one where people book and pay through it, and something built specially for your business takes longer again. The biggest hold-up is almost never us: it is waiting on photos, wording and sign-off from your side. So we agree those dates with you up front and then chase them for you.
You do. All of it, from day one. The domain, the hosting, the website itself and every account it touches are set up in your name and your business email, never ours. If you ever want to work with somebody else, you change one password and the whole lot goes with you. We would rather keep clients because they want to stay than because leaving is a nightmare.
You can do it yourself, and that is the main reason we build the way we do. Prices, opening hours, staff, photos, new pages, news posts — all editable by somebody who is not technical. At handover we record a short video walking through your actual site, not a generic manual nobody watches. And if you would honestly rather never touch it, we will look after it for you instead.
That is where most people get dropped, and it is the part we care about most. Updates, backups, security, keeping an eye on whether the site is up, and a set amount of changes each month — all handled by the person who built it. No long tie-in. 98% of the businesses we build for stay with us afterwards, and that is the only number on this page that really proves anything.
Usually, yes. We start by looking at what is actually there — where it is hosted, what state it is in, and whether the last developer still has the keys. Then you get a straight answer: either it is worth keeping and improving, or you would spend less starting again, and we will tell you which one it is. We have inherited a lot of these and rescued most of them.
Yes, and it works a great deal better when the same people do both. Posts designed and scheduled, messages and comments answered, all sitting alongside the website — so what you are promising in a post matches what the page says when someone taps through. You can also take social on its own if the website is already fine.

Bring us the problem,

Thirty minutes with the person who would actually build it, not a salesperson reading off a deck. You will come away knowing whether it is worth doing at all, roughly what it costs and how long it takes — whether or not you hire us as your web development company.
NDA before you share anything
Signed on request, before the first call. Your idea, your customers and your numbers stay yours.
